Every Love Vibes Designs piece is printed for you after you order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting. That shapes how returns work here, and we would rather be clear about it up front.

Damaged, defective, or the wrong item

Email us within 30 days of delivery at cosmic.poet83@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it free and cover the shipping. In most cases you will not need to send the original back.

Wrong size, or you changed your mind

Because each piece is made to order, we cannot restock it and resell it. That means we are not able to offer free returns for sizing or preference. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If something still is not right, write to us anyway and we will do what we can.

How to start a return

Always email cosmic.poet83@gmail.com first with your order number. We will send you return instructions and the correct return address for your item. Packages sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still do not see it, email us and we will chase it.

Non-returnable

Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
