How long until my order arrives?

Every piece is made for you after you order, so there are two stages. Making takes 2 to 7 business days — shirts are usually ready in 2 to 5, while hoodies, joggers and all-over printed items take the full 7. Then shipping: 3 to 5 business days in the United States, 5 to 10 to Canada, and 10 to 20 everywhere else.

Why does it take longer than other stores?

Because nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. Your piece is printed when you order it. That means no overproduction, no landfill, and no guessing what will sell. It costs a few extra days.

Can I return something if it doesn't fit?

Because each piece is made to order, we can't restock it and resell it, so we're not able to offer free returns for sizing or preference. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If something still isn't right, write to us anyway and we'll do what we can.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We replace it free and cover the shipping. In most cases you won't need to send the original back.

How do I track my order?

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility. If it's been more than 10 business days since you ordered and you've heard nothing, email us and we'll find it.

Will the print crack or fade?

The design is printed directly into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so it moves with the shirt instead of peeling. Wash inside out, cold, and skip the tumble dryer where you can. Treated that way it outlasts the shirt.

What are the shirts actually made of?

Most tees are 100% combed ring-spun cotton. Heather colours are a cotton and polyester blend. All-over printed items are recycled polyester with a little elastane for stretch. Every product page lists its exact fabric.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where you are. Customs charges in your country are outside our control and aren't included in the price.

Can I get a design on a different item?

Often, yes. If you've seen a design you love on a tee and want it on a hoodie, email us. Many designs already exist on more items than are listed.

Who is behind Love Vibes Designs?

Cosmos, a poet and designer in San Antonio, Texas. The brand grew out of a song written in 2019 called Truth. The whole story is on the My Story page.
